It is built on the following framework:
Cue - the trigger for your brain to initiate a behavior
Craving - the motivating force behind every habit
Response - the actual habit you perform, a thought or action
Reward - the end goal is reached in satisfaction and learning
Here are 3 of my favorite "little lessons" he shares that are confirmed by the framework. 🧠 Being curious is better than being smart. Being motivated and curious counts for more than being smart because it leads to action. It is desire, not intelligence, that prompts behavior. 🥴 Emotions drive behavior. Every decision is an emotional decision on some level. Whatever your logical reasons are for taking action, you only feel compelled to act on them because of emotion. That is why craving comes before response. The feeling comes first, and then the behavior. 🧐 We can only be rational after we've been emotional. The primary mode of the brain is to feel; the secondary mode is to think. Our first response - the fast, non-conscious portion of the brain - is optimized for feeling and anticipating. Our second response - the slow, conscious portion of the brain - is the part that does the "thinking." 6 Month Offer Instead? If you'd rather spend a little less but workout with me and our community during the first half of the year, come join us with this 6 month offer instead. 💙 - Brooke

Future Goodness There’s something tender about this season. ✨ I’ve been thinking a lot about future goodness (ie. hope) — and how hard it can be to believe in it when you weren’t raised to expect it. I grew up in a scarcity household. Rural Arkansas. Old cars. No air conditioning. No dishwasher.A huge garden we lived off of. Chickens we raised… and ate. 🐣 I remember hearing more than once: “Do you need that — or do you just want that?” 🤨 Dreaming ahead felt irresponsible. Planning for...
Pause With Me — You Deserve This Reset Hi friend, I know the holiday season (and life!) can feel overwhelming. Families, Work, Responsibilities — it can all pile up, and it’s easy to carry tension in your shoulders, hips, or even in your mind. I’ve created a 10-minute Nervous System Reset to help you slow down, release, and find your calm — even when chaos is all around. “What can you let go of today? Where have you been bracing — emotionally or physically? What would it feel like to let even...
Hi friend, Last week, we breathed together through Gratitude. This week… we’re stepping into something many of us live inside without even noticing: Chaos. Noise. Clutter. Mental overload. The pile we keep walking past. A story… Two days ago, I stood in my closet — overwhelmed, emotional, holding things I hadn’t touched in years. Clothes that didn’t feel like me anymore. Pieces from seasons I’ve already healed through. Things I kept out of habit, guilt, or… just because they’d always been...
