💕 Grace, Rhythm & Support 💕 Of all the opportunities I've had the past 48 years, being a mom has been my favorite. More than any trip or friendship. Greater than any creative endeavor or business idea. I've loved being a mom the most. I remember how crazy May is for most every mom out there. In my family we have Mother's Day (today), my anniversary (tomorrow), my daughter's birthday in 2 weeks and my husbands birthday 5 days after that. Throw in school parties, sports schedules and some graduations and I know you feel like every bit of you is already spoken for. Having survived a lot of Mom-May-Months over the years, I want to remind you of something important: Don’t give up on YOU. You’re doing so much for everyone else right now. I SEE YOU! But your body, your mind, your spirit — they still matter. You don’t have to do it all perfectly. Give yourself grace, remember daily rhythms are GOOD & do you best to surround yourself with support. It's seasons like this when I know my videos and community really shine for women like you. When your tank is low, I know you need something that is: ✅ Quick You don’t need more stress or guilt — just a little grace and a plan that works in your real life. Press Play with me this week. In the midst of May, I want to help you stay strong, steady, and sane. All New May Workouts

But early on, I learned the unspoken rules: Be sweet.Be agreeable.Be polite.Be small. Every room taught me something about who I was “supposed” to be — as a daughter, as a woman, as a wife, and especially as a Christian. And I followed those rules so wellthat I forgot I...
The Unplugging: From Punishment (From Myself) (Series 2 of 5 — The Unplugging Series) Unplugging from punishment, learning (all over) how to move with love not fear. It started as my dad’s voice. Then the church’s.And somewhere along the way, it became my own. For most of my life, I didn’t realize how deeply I was plugged into punishment. It started with someone else’s voice — 🌬️ a dad who made fitness an idol, who equated beauty with approval, who demanded performance over peace. And...
