Don't Stop Believing 🎶

I'm NOT going to let you FAIL

Most women don't choose to quit. They just stop believing. 💫
Women never set out to drop out. It's just easy to lose heart. 💝

We ALL need new beginnings and moments to rediscover our belief. The truth is that you will feel better when you move your body consistently.

For almost 6 years I've been relentless in creating workouts for women who needed a community feel in their workouts at home. I'm so proud that women like you find them fun, exciting, effective, and even quirky at times.

Let me tell you what... I've got a great month of February workouts already online, and next month will be even better.

Today I'm waking up, back where it all began. I started filming my first B•TRIBAL•FIT workouts in Maui in the summer of 2017 🏄🏻‍♀️ and I'm back. I can't wait for you to see them all in March!

But, until then, I have all new workouts for you starting today!

And, on top of that, there is a brand new SHRED program ready to go on my site starting February first. 21 days of workouts that build together each day 👷🏻‍♀️

Every month is a new chance to believe with B•TRIBAL•FIT. Come be a part of our Workout Community!

This slow, somatic practice gently reconnects you to your breath, your body, and the life that moves through you every day. Feel your body that carries you, protects you, and shows up, even...

I was praised for self-silencing & applauded for shrinking Hi friend, For most of my life, I lived up to being a Good Girl. Not because I was naturally quiet or compliant — I was actually wild, brave, loud, and full of fire. But early on, I learned the unspoken rules: Be sweet.Be agreeable.Be polite.Be small. Every room taught me something about who I was “supposed” to be — as a daughter, as a woman, as a wife, and especially as a Christian. And I followed those rules so wellthat I forgot I...

The Unplugging: From Punishment (From Myself) (Series 2 of 5 — The Unplugging Series) Unplugging from punishment, learning (all over) how to move with love not fear. It started as my dad’s voice. Then the church’s.And somewhere along the way, it became my own. For most of my life, I didn’t realize how deeply I was plugged into punishment. It started with someone else’s voice — 🌬️ a dad who made fitness an idol, who equated beauty with approval, who demanded performance over peace. And...
