I know many of you are sad that October is over. It's been a busy high adrenaline month from start to finish, with leaves changing, cooler temperatures, and Halloween excitement. It's an adjustment to come go from full speed, to a much slower pace.

But now it's time to prioritize YOU!!!

We are, however, excited for November!! Not only are new workouts hitting the app & website this next week, but we are also offering a Fall SHRED from the 4th - 24th. Will you join us? Let's begin now to prioritize our health before the Holidays. 🦃

Our main goal for a SHRED is to move our bodies for 15-20 min every day for 21 days. Even if that means going for a quick walk. We will actively choose to stay dedicated to a program and to each other. This is usually a time when our Community site comes alive with energy and inspiration; you won't want to miss out! 🥳

If you’re familiar with our SHRED programs, you know we put together a well-thought-out schedule for the 21 days. From HIIT to Barre, Circuits, & Mobility, we make sure you move every day, with every workout different from day to day.

*Note: someday, you’ll see 2-3 workouts in one day. Please know we don’t expect you to conquer them all unless time is in your favor and your body is saying YES!

BONUS RECIPE

One last thing! I made the most scrumptious Banana Oatmeal muffins last week. I followed the recipe to a T and also added 1/2 cup of chocolate chips. I'm not a huge dessert pumpkin fan, so this little treat of cinnamon and nutmeg gave me all the Fall comfy feel.
