💛 Hi my friend, I’ve been thinking a lot about how often women are told that midlife is when everything starts to fall apart. Our energy. Our hormones. Our strength. And honestly? I don’t buy it. 🙅🏻♀️ I believe the midlife season is an invitation to step into a new kind of power—one that’s built on how we move, how we sleep, how we eat, and which relationships we choose to protect our peace. And just as important? We are not meant to do this alone. So today, I wanted to give you a few of my favorite tools—and invite you into the conversation. 🥗 A simple, nourishing bowl I loveQuinoa • protein • veggie bowl Think: cooked quinoa, your favorite protein, lots of colorful veggies, healthy fats, and flavor you actually enjoy. It’s flexible, satisfying, and hormone-supportive without being complicated. 🥊 A FREE workout to feel strong againI added a 30-minute Boxing + Weights + Core workout to YouTube that I’d love for you to try. Save it for a day when you want to sweat, feel powerful, and finish standing taller than when you started. 📖A glimpse into Age Like a Girl — Chapter OneI’ve been writing about questions (in our Community Site) we’re rarely encouraged to ask, like:
So many women are told they’re “just hormonal” and rushed toward solutions without ever being supported in their movement, sleep, nutrition, stress levels—or relationships. Here’s the part that matters most to me: We’re walking through Age Like a Girl together inside our community space. It’s a safe, supportive place to share honestly, ask questions, learn from one another, and remember that none of us are navigating this season solo.
No fixing. No judgment. Just women learning, growing, and aging powerfully—side by side.
This is just the beginning of the conversation, but I’m really glad you’re here for it.

Future Goodness There’s something tender about this season. ✨ I’ve been thinking a lot about future goodness (ie. hope) — and how hard it can be to believe in it when you weren’t raised to expect it. I grew up in a scarcity household. Rural Arkansas. Old cars. No air conditioning. No dishwasher.A huge garden we lived off of. Chickens we raised… and ate. 🐣 I remember hearing more than once: “Do you need that — or do you just want that?” 🤨 Dreaming ahead felt irresponsible. Planning for...
Pause With Me — You Deserve This Reset Hi friend, I know the holiday season (and life!) can feel overwhelming. Families, Work, Responsibilities — it can all pile up, and it’s easy to carry tension in your shoulders, hips, or even in your mind. I’ve created a 10-minute Nervous System Reset to help you slow down, release, and find your calm — even when chaos is all around. “What can you let go of today? Where have you been bracing — emotionally or physically? What would it feel like to let even...
