Future GoodnessThere’s something tender about this season. ✨ I’ve been thinking a lot about future goodness (ie. hope) — I grew up in a scarcity household. Rural Arkansas. Old cars. No air conditioning. No dishwasher. I remember hearing more than once:
“Do you need that — or do you just want that?” 🤨
Dreaming ahead felt irresponsible. Planning for goodness felt unrealistic. 🙇🏻♀️ You learned to get by — not to imagine more.
💫 And yet… From becoming my own steady presence. Lately, when life feels unclear, I return to this truth: That’s why I created this week’s 10-minute Mindset & Movement Practice: Future Goodness. This is not about forcing optimism. This short practice invites you to move your body while gently imagining what’s possible — even when the path ahead feels uncertain. Strength without pressure.
