☀️ Well, you are deep into summer at this point and it's easy to think you might have been too busy soaking up the beautiful sun or traveling to make pressing play or hitting the gym your highest priority. {THAT'S OK}
🤷♀️ Here's the funny part – I believe most women envision summer as potentially being their season of peak fitness. With so much potential extra time, it's easy to think that way.
💦 Yet, it's surprisingly easy to slip into a slump. With extra family cookouts, vacations, and some pool lounging, it's a paradox we find ourselves in. YET!! We are moving way more than we think & it's hot as snot outside, so give yourself lots of grace and water ;)
Summer fit can easily slide into a summer slump. I am going to ramp up some September 1 motivation soon, but for now, I want you to maximize the summer days you have left. Let's turn that paradox into power!!
