Where I’ve Been (Emotionally) 🤍

Hi friends 💛

I've been busy this spring and it’s been a while since I’ve written to you... so let me explain.

Last year after my very dramatic avocado accident 🥑😂 (still can’t believe that sentence is real), I found myself in an unexpected season of slowing down.

Many of the emails we wrote together during that time were about pausingnervous system healthcalm and chaos… and learning to look honestly at our lives instead of constantly rushing through them.

At the time, I didn’t realize life was still asking me to slow down even more. 🥺

The last six months have held another layer of heartbreak and personal pain that I honestly never saw coming.

And if I’m being truthful… it affected me more deeply than I expected.

It affected my creativity.

My energy.

Even my ability to choreograph workouts — something that normally brings me so much joy.

That part has felt especially strange and humbling 💔

As women, we often keep showing up for everyone else while quietly carrying grief, stress, disappointment, and emotional exhaustion inside our bodies.

And over the last several months, I’ve been learning what it looks like to care for myself in a deeper way instead of simply pushing through.

So I’ve walked. A lot. 😊

I’ve spent more quiet time outside.
Had long conversations with friends.
Connected more deeply with my husband.

And started paying closer attention to the relationships and rhythms that drain me… and the ones that bring life back into me.

And slowly, I feel something returning.

Not perfection.
Not having everything figured out.

But hope
Creativity
Vision
Connection✨

This community has always meant so much to me because it has never only been about workouts or fitness.

It has always been about walking alongside one another through real life.

Which is probably why I finally felt ready to sit down and write to you again. 😌

I have some really beautiful things planned for this summer ☀️

Fresh energy ⚡️
Fun challenges 👯‍♀️
A few surprises 🤩

And honestly… a renewed sense of purpose behind all of it.

I can’t wait to share more with you soon (like Friday).

Thank you for reading along, really 🤍

💛 Hi my friend, I’ve been thinking a lot about how often women are told that midlife is when everything starts to fall apart. Our energy. Our hormones. Our strength. And honestly? I don’t buy it. 🙅🏻♀️ I believe the midlife season is an invitation to step into a new kind of power—one that’s built on how we move, how we sleep, how we eat, and which relationships we choose to protect our peace. And just as important? We are not meant to do this alone. So today, I wanted to give you a few of my...
