So, I've been feeding hungry teenagers all summer long and let me tell you ... they are addicted to protein.

  • We buy eggs 60 at a time from Sam's Club (because I have roosters not hens right now 😫🐓).
  • We go through an 18 count of muscle milk in a little over a week when everyone is home.
  • We have a fridge full of chicken, fish, turkey and lean beef.
  • We have protein bars, yogurt, almonds, and peanut butter.

Whether you are young or old, exercising or not, eating out or at home ... you need to believe what The Rock says ...

Why?💡Because proteins are the building blocks of life!!

I shared yesterday on my Instagram story a little bit of my food haul for our family, but if you missed it, here's what I said...

🫶🍖Every week, my main food conversation with women revolves around protein! They wonder if they are getting enough every day or how can they can shape & define their muscles more!! My answer: you’re probably not eating enough protein to get the results you desire 🤓💪 BUT YOU CAN!

👩🏻‍🦰👩🏽‍🦱Every women is different, but nutritionists suggest we need 20g of protein per meal & 60-80g per day.🤯 Yep!!!! Start reading your protein labels and start living your best strong life :)
