What we all need halfway through 2022

Summer Emotional Check-In

Can you believe we are 1/3 way through summer break? To put it in a positive light, we still have 2/3 of the summer season ahead and we can do so much with this time we have 🤩

I know each situation is different, but for me it seems my kids have been home forever, but I've also barely seen them somehow.

I'm trying to soak up all the time I can with them. I know for some of you though, you've had enough of your kids by 10am every day because you've been up since 5am 😵

It's tough to remember as women that we need to live within our limits. It's even more true that our weaknesses are simply areas where we need to allow others to help us.

I want to offer you the opportunity for a quick self check-in here at the midway point of the year.

It's so easy to skip moments like this and focus on the next fire that needs to be put out. Instead, why not take 10-30 minutes one morning or lunch this week and write down your reflections?

It might even change the course of the next 6 months or more!

Three Questions to Ask Yourself Mid-Year

  1. Start: What needs increase in priority in the next 2 months?
  2. Stop: What should I quit that I know is unhealthy?
  3. Sustain: What do I need to feel proud of as a positive action or attitude that I've been doing lately?

If you want to go more in-depth, you can always work though the Honest Health Assessment that I've put together to help women like you.

The goal is to stop for 30 minutes and look purposefully into the different areas of our overall health: Exercise, Rest, Food, Mindset, Habits, & Relationships.

If you download the guide and work through it, will you please tag me on social media, send me a DM, post in our Tribe Community or reply back to an email?

I'd love to hear what your takeaways were. We all need to know what other women are learning. That's why it takes a Tribe!

I am currently down along 30A in Florida with my son, some of his friends and a few other moms. I can't believe my boys are all this big all of a sudden!

Don't worry, I brought my camera gear and will be filming some fun new beach workouts for all of the subscribers for next month.

Pause With Me — You Deserve This Reset Hi friend, I know the holiday season (and life!) can feel overwhelming. Families, Work, Responsibilities — it can all pile up, and it’s easy to carry tension in your shoulders, hips, or even in your mind. I’ve created a 10-minute Nervous System Reset to help you slow down, release, and find your calm — even when chaos is all around. “What can you let go of today? Where have you been bracing — emotionally or physically? What would it feel like to let even...

Hi friend, Last week, we breathed together through Gratitude. This week… we’re stepping into something many of us live inside without even noticing: Chaos. Noise. Clutter. Mental overload. The pile we keep walking past. A story… Two days ago, I stood in my closet — overwhelmed, emotional, holding things I hadn’t touched in years. Clothes that didn’t feel like me anymore. Pieces from seasons I’ve already healed through. Things I kept out of habit, guilt, or… just because they’d always been...

🍂 Intentional pauses that connect body and mind Hi friend, Amid the Thanksgiving hustle, I invite you to pause for ten mindful minutes. Take a breath. Feel your body. Notice the goodness that’s already here. Today, I’m sharing the first session in our Mindset & Movement series: 10 Minutes of Gratitude. This slow, somatic practice gently reconnects you to your breath, your body, and the life that moves through you every day. Feel your body that carries you, protects you, and shows up, even...
